Once a payment is made, there is no option for cancellation by the end user. This means that after you have successfully submitted your payment, you will not be able to receive a refund unless under the specific circumstance of duplicate payment as outlined below.

No chargebacks or refunds will be permitted for fees paid through the online payment system. This applies to all situations except for duplicate payments. If you attempt a chargeback through your bank, please be aware that Sree Abirami Institution reserves the right to pursue any and all legal actions to recover the fees.


Duplicate Payments: In the case of a duplicate payment, where you are charged twice for the same fee, you will be eligible for a refund. However, to receive this refund, you must approach the accounts department of Sree Abirami Institution. When contacting the accounts department, you will need to provide proof of the excess payment.
This proof should include documentation such as your transaction reference number, a copy of your bank statement highlighting the duplicate transaction, and any other relevant documents. The accounts department will then review your case and take appropriate action to process your refund.

Transaction Charges: Please be aware that any transaction charges incurred during the online payment process are non-refundable. This applies to all situations, including duplicate or excess payments. The transaction charge is a separate fee imposed by the payment processing service and is not collected by Abirami Institution.
